3. Purchases

Some apps offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms. Refunds are handled according to the relevant store's refund policy.

The apps, including all content, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by AuraByte Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraByte Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
