These Terms govern your use of the apps published by AuraByte Studios ("we", "us"), including Halo, Hearth, and Lumen. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.
Some of our apps display content sourced from third parties (e.g. images from Pexels). Such content is provided under its original license. You may use it for personal purposes as permitted by that license. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use outside the original license terms is not permitted through our apps.
Halo, Hearth, and Lumen do not require an account and do not offer in-app purchases. They are free with no ads. If a future app includes in-app purchases, they will be processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms, and refunds will follow the relevant store's refund policy.
Our apps, including their design, code, icons, and branding, are owned by AuraByte Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content is licensed from its respective owners.
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraByte Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "effective" date above reflects the latest revision.
