These Terms govern your use of the apps published by AuraByte Studios ("we", "us"), including Halo, Hearth, and Lumen. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.
Some of our apps display content sourced from third parties (e.g. images from Pexels). Such content is provided under its original license. You may use it for personal purposes as permitted by that license. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use outside the original license terms is not permitted through our apps.
Halo, Hearth, and Lumen do not require an account and do not offer in-app purchases. They are free with no ads. Other apps may offer purchases through their app store; their product-specific information and applicable consumer rights govern those purchases.
Vellum uses Apple's standard end-user license agreement. That agreement governs the Vellum app license; the general studio license wording above does not replace it. Premium availability depends on the installed version. The purchase information below describes the native iOS 1.0.3 update once available.
If you choose Vellum Premium through the App Store, Apple handles payment. Before you confirm, Apple's purchase screen shows the selected localized price, billing period, and any offer for which you are eligible. Weekly has no introductory trial. Monthly and Yearly have a 14-day introductory offer only where configured and eligible; an offer is not promised to every customer.
A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings; Apple's current instructions explain cancellation timing and trial cancellation. Deleting Vellum or its records does not cancel your subscription. Use Vellum's Restore Purchases control to check purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
For a purchase billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service. Eligibility varies. Nothing here removes or limits your applicable consumer rights.

Our apps, including their design, code, icons, and branding, are owned by AuraByte Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content is licensed from its respective owners.
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraByte Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The revision date above reflects the latest update.
