Privacy Policy

AuraByte Studios ("we", "us") builds the mobile apps listed on this site. This policy explains what data our apps may collect, why, and your choices. It applies to all of our apps unless an app provides its own separate policy.

1. What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. The specifics depend on the app:

No-collection apps: some of our apps have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no server-side telemetry. No personal information leaves your device. These apps will state this clearly on their store listing.
Support messages: if you contact us via email, we receive the name, email address, and content you provide.
Crash & usage data: where an app includes a crash-reporting or analytics service, it may collect device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and anonymized usage events to help us fix bugs and improve the app. We will disclose this on the app's store listing.

Halo (Focus Timer): collects zero personal data. No accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no servers. Your sessions, streak, daily goal, theme, language, and timer settings are stored locally on your device and never transmitted. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Hearth (Widget Studio): collects zero personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads. Your widget configurations, theme choices, and layout preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Lumen (Wallpapers): collects zero personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads. Favorites and theme preferences are stored locally. Wallpaper images are loaded from Pexels's public CDN — see Pexels's privacy policy. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Fun Emoji Clicker: Idle Tap: is a general-audience game with an intended Apple content rating of 4+. It has no account, developer server, or separate analytics SDK, and game progress remains on the device. It uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and conservatively limited stage-break interstitials, with no banner or app-open ads. Requests are non-personalized and capped at the G content label. Google may process device, IP-derived general location, advertising-interaction, and diagnostic data to provide and protect the ad service. 2. What stays on your device

Our apps may store preferences, favorites, cached files, and other local data on your device. This data is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app removes it. Where an app offers a "clear cache" option, you can remove cached files at any time.

3. Permissions

Each app requests only the permissions it needs. Common examples:

Photos (write-only): to save content to your photo library. We never read or browse your existing photos.
Internet: to load content such as images from a CDN.

Permissions are always requested at the moment they are needed and can be revoked in your device settings at any time. Our apps never request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or location unless explicitly stated on the store listing.

4. Third-party services

Some apps load content from third-party networks (e.g. image CDNs). Fun Emoji Clicker: Idle Tap uses Google Mobile Ads, and other apps may identify their own service providers in their app-specific policy. When your device connects to those services, the provider's privacy practices also apply.

When you use a system share sheet, whatever app you choose handles the shared content under its own privacy terms.

If an app integrates a specific third-party SDK (analytics, ads, etc.), we will list it on the app's store page and Data Safety / App Privacy form.

5. Children

Our apps, including Fun Emoji Clicker: Idle Tap, are not specifically directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) unless an app-specific disclosure says otherwise. An app's Apple content rating is separate from its target-audience declaration. We do not operate Fun Emoji Clicker: Idle Tap accounts or knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete any information under our control.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data (e.g. support emails) only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "effective" date. Where an app includes an in-app privacy screen, it will be updated to match before the change reaches you.
