How rewards work
- Read an eligible offer’s full requirements before opening it.
- Complete the partner’s requirements. Points appear after the provider confirms an eligible completion; a click alone earns no points.
- When redemptions open, choose an available gift card compatible with your country. Redeem the delivered code with the gift-card issuer.
Partner reversals can remove points. Perkly does not guarantee earnings, a fixed Robux amount, or offers in every country.

For account help, missing points, privacy requests or gift-card delivery questions, email support@aurabytestudios.online with “Perkly” in the subject.
Include your account email, app version, country, the offer or reward name and approximate date. If available, include the reference shown in your activity history. Never send your password, payment details or an unredeemed gift-card code.
Why haven’t my points appeared?
Confirmations can take time and depend on the offer’s conditions. Check the requirements and your activity history. If you believe you completed an eligible offer, contact us with the details above. Please do not repeat a paid action simply to try to trigger credit.
Does Perkly change my Roblox balance?
No. Perkly points are separate from Roblox Credit and Robux. An eligible gift-card reward gives you a code to redeem yourself at roblox.com/redeem. It does not automatically deposit Robux into your account.
Delete your Perkly account
In Perkly, open Profile → Delete account and confirm with your password, or sign in again with the same Google account if you use Google sign-in. If you cannot sign in, email support@aurabytestudios.online from your account email with the subject “Perkly account deletion”. We may verify account ownership before acting.
Save any delivered gift-card codes securely first. Deletion removes sign-in access, your profile, saved codes and offer activity, and you lose access to remaining points. A reward already processing must finish before deletion. Minimal pseudonymous accounting records may remain for reconciliation, disputes or required fraud prevention.
