Perkly Terms of Service

By using Perkly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Individual offers may impose additional eligibility requirements. One account per person.
2. Points
Points are virtual, in-app rewards. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or moved between accounts. Points may be used only for rewards currently available in Perkly. We may change future earning rates and reward prices with notice where required by law.
3. Earning points
Points are credited only after the offer provider confirms an eligible completion. Confirmation timing varies. Starting an offer alone does not qualify for points. Read all offer requirements, including any charges, trials or recurring subscriptions, before participating. Perkly does not cancel a partner subscription for you. Contact support if an eligible completion is missing. If the provider later reverses or charges back a completion (for example because of cancellation, fraud, or invalid activity), the corresponding points are removed. A reversal may create a negative point balance, which blocks redemption until recovered. Using VPNs, emulators, automation, false information, or multiple accounts voids completions and may forfeit your balance.
4. Referrals
Referral codes are single-use and reward both sides only after the referred user earns the required confirmed offer points. Each inviter may have no more than three accepted referral relationships. Self-referrals and referrals from the same device or network are blocked and may result in forfeiture.
5. Redemptions
When redemption is enabled and inventory is available, points may be redeemed for digital Roblox gift-card codes fulfilled through Bitrefill. Availability, point cost and applicable country are shown before a request. Redemption is currently unavailable during launch preparation. Gift cards are region-specific — you must choose a country compatible with your Roblox account. Once issued, codes are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. You redeem the code yourself at roblox.com/redeem. Gift cards normally add Roblox Credit and do not guarantee a fixed Robux amount. Keep codes private and contact support promptly about a delivery or code problem. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered rewards.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, automation/bots, multiple or fake accounts, tampering with offers or postbacks, or any attempt to obtain points or rewards you did not legitimately earn. We may suspend or terminate accounts and void balances for violations, subject to applicable law.
7. No affiliation with Roblox
Perkly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, used only to describe the gift cards available for redemption.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Perkly is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for partner availability, offer credit disputes, or third-party gift-card issues. Offers are provided by third parties and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or payout.
9. Termination
You may permanently delete your account in Profile → Delete account after confirming your password or signing in again with the same Google account, or contact support. Save delivered gift-card codes elsewhere first. Deletion removes access to remaining points and saved cards. A processing gift card must finish first. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated where required. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
